Bio of William-Thomas Wegner

I was born August 26, 1948. Due to my curious nature and a call by President Eisenhower in the 50s for our country to produce more scientists, I initially pursued a career in physics, drawing on my natural talents in science and math. My high school physics teacher became my mentor during my adolescence in Freeport, IL and worked with me and helped me to the point that I won several awards at various science fairs including the state competition. I attended Carthage College and in 1972 received a BA in Physics. In 1981 I was ordained, and in 1991 completed my Doctorate in Metaphysics.

My career path did not follow what I initially perceived it would. It has been extremely varied and diverse but there has been a focus on Technical Sales as my vocation and Spiritual Counseling as an avocation. It has included being a: Quality Control Technician, Private Investigator, Laser Salesman, Chimney Sweep, Inside and Outside Sales Engineer, Thermocouple Manufacturer Sales Manager and Production Coordinator, Independent Manufacturer's Representative, Regional Sales Manager for a major digital instrument manufacturer, Distributor Sales Manager, Gourmet Coffee Shop Owner, Silver Bullion Broker, Process Control Specialist, Banking Customer Service Representative, Computer Salesman, Business Consultant, Astrologer, Intuitive/Psychic Consultant, Personal Financial Analyst, Hypnotherapist, Spiritual Regressionist and (Spirit) Releasement Therapist and last but foremost a Minister focused upon Spiritual Counseling. In fact I garner my most satisfaction under this last heading, being a Spiritual Counselor who has a very strong metaphysical slat on my method of counseling.

Here is why: My interest in metaphysics began when I touched into the intuitive and psychic realms that were uncovered by the continuation of my studies in Physics. I later became aware of the works of David Bohm, a quantum physicist, and Karl Pibram, a neurophysiologist at Stanford University, who arrived at the same conclusion independently: that reality has holographic properties*. Having made a laser during high school in 1966 (LASER~Etymology: light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation. Definition: a device that utilizes the natural oscillations of atoms or molecules between energy levels for generating coherent electromagnetic radiation usually in the ultraviolet, visible, or infrared regions of the spectrum) and then later having sold lasers and made holograms early in my technical sales career, I pursued the spiritual interpretations of using Bohm's philosophical implications in creating one's reality. As most scientists refused to examine the ramifications of living in the implicate order I have focused on living this perspective of reality and as the result my life is one of dedication to Spirit. My becoming involved in the ministry was pursued as a service to community and an enhancement to my own personal spirituality, once the received the "call". One example of my service to community was my tenure as Chairman of the Board Of Directors of the Washington County (WI) Council on Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse, where I used by spiritual vision to steer active participation by a Board of Directors to develop programs desired by a consensus of the population it served. Now living in Saint Paul, I have continued that service.

(*)Bohm suggested that the quantum potential is itself organized and guided by a superquantum potential, representing a second implicate order, or superimplicate order. Indeed he proposes that there may be an infinite series, and perhaps hierarchies, of implicate (or "generative") orders, some of which form relatively closed loops and some of which do not. Higher implicate orders organize the lower ones, which in turn influence the higher. But how does one live in 4D on Earth and bask in the totality of it all? I have for years focused upon what it would take to accomplish this task. However, it wasn't until I became involved with my (Spirit) Releasement Therapy and the "clearing" of my own vehicle and then plumb the depths of Hans TenDam's works, Exploring Reincarnation (ISBN: 0-7126-6020-8) and Deep Healing (ISBN 90-7556-802-9) that an eye opening concept appeared - [Deep Healing pg 202] "To be completed in the here and now may be possible for poor souls, but it is deadly for rich souls. The appropriate holistic approach is to accept that at any one time, some parts (of us) are awake while others dream and still others sleep. We may have moments of total awakening, but not too many and not too often. Do not stop your evolution by relying on marvelous short circuits. -- Whatever its present within us, someday there might be more. Whoever we are, someday we will be more than we are now. During a weekend workshop in 1991, Dr. Michael Robbins, Co-Founder and President of The University of the Seven Rays, suggested that I should more fully develop my intuitive and psychic talents. Dr. Robbins and the work of the Seven Ray Institute have been, like Bohm, a significant influence in effectively guiding my growth and development. I have over the years developed a large number of skills, used wide variety of resources, and as a practitioner of the intuitive arts and hypnotherapy, I do not rely on only one source when I am doing my work. As a natural outgrowth of the utilization of energies that are available to me, I have honed my skills as a healer, Spiritual Counselor, and hypnotherapist to bring all my skill sets into my work. My down-to-earth approach to daily living has keeps me in touch with the mainstream of industry and commerce. I have been saying for years and believe that one should:

1. Be here now.
2. Be aware.
3. Be a vessel for Spirit.

I am able to take the knowledge gained from my experiences and work through my own private practice and along with Susan we offer a wide variety of therapeutic and consulting services that are practical and it appears that we can use an effective methodology to address almost all the issues potential clients bring to us. Having learned how to easily establish rapport with all types of people through my wide variety of vocational and ad vocational experiences brings to all those who choose to work with me a practical working knowledge of 4D reality in conjunction with my understanding of Celestial Harmonics which I then use to focus on acceptable solutions to the presenting problems.

For the last few years I have been focusing on using my hypnotherapeutic skill sets as the foundation from where I work in addition to my intuitive arts skills sets. I have found by doing so the ease of getting to the core issue that brings those who become my clients a rapidity whereby results are achieved with more ease and in less time allowing them to "... take the next step!" they conclude that they need to take to move forward. Observing this after more than twenty years as a Spiritual Counselor is in a word -- impressive.

I note here that I have not abandoned my work as an Esoteric Astrologer. Quite to the contrary, I use that particular skill set of mine to reading natal charts quite differently than most astrologers quite frequently in my preparatory work rather than focusing on specifically providing Esoteric Astrological readings. I believe that by doing so I am able to be more effective.

I also note here, a large number of my clients during the last few years have commented on the vast array of skills that exist in my metaphysical and therapeutic tool bags. I respond that time and study has its rewards… and what I possess and how I use is available to anyone willing to do the study and honed the skills.

So, I want to thank the thousands of people who read my previous biography posted here at The Reflectory and those who visited www.celestialharmonics.com over the years. Some of you know that for years the Celestial Harmonics web site has been devoted only to the science and intuitive art of Esoteric Astrology. From the above you realize that my life like yours is a story of transition.

For those of you who came to the Celestial Harmonics© web site to learn more about Esoteric Astrology and me what has happened is a good thing. To get one of the bottom lines of this new and more lengthy biography, I removed the posting written about two years ago stating I had limited the number of Esoteric Astrology readings I do a year at 4. The door is now open for all those who want to pursue an Esoteric Astrological reading -- but the same criteria I have always had still exists.

For those of you who not familiar with the Celestial Harmonics© web site, up until the summer of 2001 my main focus there had been on Esoteric Astrology. Also for you same folks who are not familiar with this Intuitive Art/Science there are rigorous demands placed upon the Esoteric Astrologer in order to keep up the latest developments of this metaphysical tool. With respect to the history of humanity, Esoteric Astrology is something that is very new. It is indeed Soul Centered Astrology. The number of us that belonged to The International Academy of Esoteric Astrology around the world was quite small. Now the work is being continued on the closed Cosmo-Cycles Forum which was started by Niklas Nihlen from Sweden and Dr. Michael Robbins, Co-founder of the University of the Seven Rays (mentioned above) and author of Tapestry of the Gods Vols. I and II (ISBN 0-9621869-2-9 and Infinitization of Selfhood (ISBN 0-9621869-4-5 ). Soon there will be another installment in the Tapestry of the Gods series of books that will be dedicated to Esoteric Astrology.

Being incarnated as a human been on this earth there's one thing that one can always count on - life changes.

For me, my reading Journey of Souls, by Dr. Michael Newton, PhD (ISBN: 5-567184855) in the spring 1995 I came to the realization that one of the things that I wanted to do in this lifetime was to become a Spiritual Regressionist. Being a metaphysician ( My MsD - Doctorate in Metaphysics was conferred in1991), I believed having what is a very large array of Metaphysical tools prior to becoming a Spiritual Regressionist was something that would definitely be unique. I also knew I could excel at similar to the level of where I was at that time as an Esoteric Astrologer. After all, Spiritual Regression, like Esoteric Astrology is Soul Centered!

I knew my wife Susan also had a very high interest in becoming a Hypnotherapist. After both of our second readings in the fall of 1995 we made a commitment that we would do it was necessary to not only become "regular" hypnotherapist but to become, if it were at all possible, trained by Dr. Michael Newton in his methods of Spiritual Regression so we could learn from the pioneer in this field. We were disappointed at that time when we learned that he had retired. We were somewhat afraid that the methodology he employed during his regression of over 7000 people into experiencing what it was like to be in that [for lack of a two better words] sacred space that existed during Lives Between Lives (LBL). LBL hypnotherapy is unique when compared to other forms of hypnotherapy. This was clearly stated in Dr. Newton's books (which I strongly recommend anyone who's eyes come across these words read). Our first steps were to become Certified Hypnotherapist. We did! And each of us have found our hypnotherapeutic work extremely gratifying.

Dr. Newton first wrote, Journey of Souls in 1994 and that was followed due to demand (*) by Destiny of Souls (ISBN: 1-56718-499-5) in the year 2000. For Susan myself that did it. With respect to what The Reflectory is about, there was no doubt in either Susan's and my minds that this indeed was going to be a large part of the work upon which are going to embark.

[(*)From what we understand, this "demand" was from the letters upon letters he had received and from frequently asked questions during his lecturing requesting more information about what he had discovered in his private practice - the 2nd book is focused my on the structure of "home"]

In the last few years my focus changed in intensity away from Esoteric Astrology into hypnotherapy. Initially. I began to believe that all the study, time, and practice over the years that I devoted to Esoteric Astrology was going to lay fallow as my focus shifted into becoming an excellent Hypnotherapist, Spiritual Regressionist and (Spirit) Releasement Therapist. In a significant meditation with my main spiritual guide and teacher that prompted this new biography to be posted here he advise me that rather than put my Esoteric Astrology on a back burner as I had began to do, I needed to keep this metaphysical skill honed and keep it in place in my metaphysical tool bag near the top. This indeed is what I have done. He also stated, that's being one of the few who has the psychic and intuitive ability to conduct an Esoteric Astrological reading and also provided Life-Between-Lives and (Spirit) Releasement Therapy, I was advised that it is imperative that I needed to expand the scope of my Spiritual Counseling practice, furthermore, my Solar Return Chart for 2003/2004 confirms that fact.

I have no problem putting my Celestial Harmonics logo on the files of my Spiritual Regression clients - after all, just like with Esoteric Astrology, I am "Bringing It Down to Earth©"

(*) Bohm's interpretation is an explicitly non-local mechanistic model. Just as Bohr saw the philosophical principle of complements as having broader implications than quantum mechanics, Bohm saw a deep relationship between locality violation and the wholeness or unity of all that exists. Bohm was perhaps the first to truly understand the non-local nature of quantum mechanics. Bell acknowledged the importance of Bohm's work in helping develop Bell's ideas about locality in Quantum Mechanics.
